Venkat Jasti
Mr. Venkat Jasti,
Chairman & CEO

Mr. Venkat Jasti is the Chairman and CEO of the company. He holds a dual PG degree in Pharmacy, from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, India and St. John University, New York and specialized in Industrial Pharmacy.

He was a registered pharmacist in the state of New York and New Jersey and owned and operated six community pharmacies in New and New Jersey until 1989. Since then he is running the operations of Suven.

He is also involved in various industrial associations such as :

  • President of Indian Pharmaceutical Association,
  • Chairman of Local Organizing Committee for the 52nd Indian Pharmaceutical Congress, Hyderabad,
  • President of Bulk Drug Manufacturers Association of India (BDMA)
  • Chairman for Pharmexcil (Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council)

Also Mr. Venkat Jasti has been instrumental as the chief architect for the formation of the then A.P. Chief Minister’s task force for Pharma during 2001 and responsible for the creation of Pharma City at Vizag by the erstwhile Government of Andhra Pradesh and Pharmexcil (Pharmaceutical Export Promotion Council) by the Government of India with HQ at Hyderabad.

Smt. Sudha Rani Jasti is a Graduate in Sciences. She has been in the forefront assisting the Chairman & CEO in running the business in U.S.A. Her forte is administration and operations of the Company.

Syed E. Hasnain
Prof. Seyed E. Hasnain,
Director

Prof. Syed E. Hasnain is a prolific scholar, writer and administrator. He completed his PhD from JNU in 1980 and also received post-Doctoral Fellowship from the University of Alberta, Canada.

His professional life is marked by distinguished positions and he has been decorated for his acumen and contributions.

Prof Syed Hasnain has been the first Director of CDFD in 1989 , then the Vice Chancellor of the University of Hyderabad in 1995. He was also member of the Scientific Advisory Council to the Prime Minister.

A recipient of Padmashri from the President of India, Prof. Syed Hashain has been decorated on the following fronts too:

  • Fellow, Third World Academy of Sciences (TWAS)
  • Member, Scientific Advisory Council to the Union Cabinet

Prof. Syed Hasnain has authored more than 175 original research papers and several topics in educational books. He has about a dozen patents filed in India and abroad

Shri M. Gopalakrishna

Mr. M Gopalakrishna, is a retired IAS officer and holds a Graduate degree in the Sciences and Law.

Joined the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) in 1962, he worked with the Governments of Assam, Andhra Pradesh and Government of India. In 1997 he superannuated services as Chairman of Rural Electrification Corporation in the rank of Secretary to the Govt. of India.

During his eventful tenure, he was also Chairman, SCOPE, [the Standing Conference of Public Enterprises under the aegis of the Government of India. He has also been Director on several Industrial Promotion and Development Corporations and Manufacturing companies in the Government of India, Government of A.P. and Government of Assam.

With a career spanning nearly over 5 decades, Mr. M. Gopalakrishna adorns the Suven board with his vast administrative, corporate and managerial experience in Public Sector entities in the areas of promotion, development and regulation of industry and power utilities.

Shri Santanu Mukherjee

Mr. Mukherjee joined State Bank of Hyderabad as a Probationary Officer and served the Bank in various capacities and also held various important assignments (domestic as well as foreign) in the SBI group.

Before his elevation, he was working as Chief General Manager of SBBJ. He had also served as chief executive officer SBI in Paris during 2004 to 2008. Mr. Santanu Mukherjee has been appointed the Managing Director of State Bank of Hyderabad (SBH) and retired from this position.

J.A.S. Padmaja

Smt. J.A.S. Padmaja aged 56 years is a Psychology graduate from St. Francis College Hyderabad and a post graduate Diploma in Marriage and Family Counseling from Osmania University.

She is involved in various social service activities for over 3 decades. She is a practicing counselor for the last twenty years working with mental disorders, adolescent crisis, depression and anxiety disorders and marriage counseling.

She was actively involved in founding THE HYDERABAD CHILDRENS TRUST (HCT) which gives meaningful life to the orphaned children by providing shelter and education so that they can secure decent jobs and lead a normal life.

She was also associated with APWMR as Vice President - which took up various welfare activities for differently abled children. She is associated with the JVMRD Trust as a chairperson where she is involved in building a high school in a remote village of the most backward area of AP.

She is also associated with skill development programs for women and educated youth requiring further skills to make them employable from this backward area through this Trust
